TCS Nashik: Forced Namaz and Conversion Allegations in BPO Unit
A shocking case of harassment against female employees has emerged from the Tata Consultancy Services (TCS) BPO unit in Nashik. Nine First Information Reports (FIRs) have been filed, detailing allegations of forced Namaz (Islamic prayer), pressure for religious conversion, molestation, and rape.
So far, seven individuals have been arrested in connection with the case, while some suspects remain at large. A Special Investigation Team (SIT) has been formed and has identified 12 victims. The accused face serious charges, including hurting religious sentiments, obscene acts, and exploitation.
The investigation is currently ongoing, and authorities are working to apprehend all those involved and bring them to justice. The details emerging from the FIRs paint a disturbing picture of the alleged treatment of female employees within the TCS BPO unit.
